TLWC delivers throughout the UK and internationally around the globe.
Delivery to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and all other UK and Irish islands will be subject to increased delivery charges and are based on weight and destination. Please contact us for international shipping costs.
Please note all TLWC products are bespoke to your order and as such are not returnable once they have been delivered. Our products are bespoke and so are not governed by the Distance Selling Regulations. For this reason it is important that you understand this before you complete the transaction. We recommend you contact us before ordering to check everything is as it should be.
LEAD TIMES
All items are made to order and lead times range from 6-14 weeks depending on your product. Timings are given at checkout.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations can only be made within the first 5 working days of placing the order and will be subject to 30% handling fee.
Orders do occasionally get held up in production and these are also not eligible for cancellation.
FORCE MAJEURE
Notwithstanding any agreement to the contrary, deliveries may be totally or partially suspended by TLWC during any period in which we are prevented or hindered from manufacturing, supplying or delivering the Goods as a result of acts of God, fire, accident, war, terrorism, riot, civil commotion, government order, regulation or directions, shortage of labour, equipment or material, strikes, lockouts or any other contingencies whatsoever beyond TLWC’s control, whether of the same nature of the foregoing or not. Any Goods the delivery of which has been totally or partially suspended shall be accepted by the Customer commencing as soon as TLWC is no longer prevented or hindered from manufacturing, supplying or delivering. Please note: Deliveries during August and December may be subject to a 2 week delay due to the European Summer and Christmas factory closures.
